How To Have Fun In A Group Fitness Class

Ideas For Adding Fun To Your Fitness Class.

I recently sent out a survey asking what makes a group fitness class fun? Here are the results.

1. Make it karaoke class and shout out those fun lyrics

2. Read your crowd, everyone's fun is different (Instructor advice)

3. Leave your insecurities at the door.

4. Be yourself!

5. Sing along!

6. Smile and laugh (esp at yourself)

7. Shake your booty

8. Pre-workout

9. Don't worry about what anyone else is doing.

10. Add more guys 🤣

11. Fun themes!

12. Bring treats

13. Dress up

14. Embrace whatever happens. (This might be my fav)

15. Bring a friend

I personally would add

⚡️Circle it up, sometimes just changing up the room adds the fun factor.

⚡️I will find any reason to make the class a theme. I have socks for just about any occasion, it makes me happy.
